The rate is per apartment per night, one or two adults. On the day of arrival the apartment is available after 16.00 and on the day of departure we request you that you vacate the apartment before 10.00 a.m. An earlier check-in time or later check-out time can be requested at extra costs (subject to availability) and if not possible you are permitted to leave your luggage with us.
All rates are include (reasonable) use of water and electricity. Final cleaning fee (obligatory) for the studio is € 50 and for the apartment is € 65. The security deposit is € 200 to be paid in cash only. We do not accept cheques or credit cards. The deposit must be paid upon arrival and it will be returned to you after an inspection of the apartment upon your departure.
During your stay you are responsible for any damage done. Damage must be reported and paid for before your departure. We suggest that you arrange a cancelation and travel insurance in case of a cancelation or any damage caused. We will require your personal details such as mobile phone number and flight details.
